These guys are professional in the way they deal with people but are not specialists in all bmws, disappointed that they wanted me to spend 5k on a issue that they can’t confirm is the issue so basically they want me to gamble and if the problem is still there they won’t cover it and I gotta just eat the price which is ridiculous because that’s the whole point coming to you in the first place so that I know exactly what to replace not gamble and just start trying different parts until we solve the issue, sucks because they have good reviews and I went based off the reviews. Ended up paying 300 for a diagnostic on what they “think” could be the problem. Not happy at all especially with Mike saying they have a master tech who has 30 years of experience…they need to find a new Master tech.

Update: ended up driving down to California and got tired after the issue appeared again and finally had enough and took it to a Bmw dealer. All n all, it was a battery that was causing all these issues the whole time since these bmws are sensitive to having defective batteries and mine was 3 years old and not properly maintained but my smg pump was good, it did not need to be replaced. Nixon automatic quoted me to replace pump for 2400$ And the alternator that was 2400$, I should of taken it to the Bmw dealer in the first place and not to these small shops, I got taken advantage of in a city that I don’t live in by 3 different shops in van city. I am very displeased with my experience. Love it! They fixed the BMW 528 xi 2012 within the whole day. The service is awesome! They gave us details of which part recommended and can wait to fix. Also, I would say this is more affordable compared to other dealers. Definitely recommended!

Courteous explained everything to me 20 to 40 percent cheaper than BMW service centres…replaced hydraulic pump for $2300….BMW wanted $4000….it works perfect now….had coil springs replaced very happy with workmanship my go to place for my BMWs
