If your Replacement Parts are purchased from and installed by Nixon Automotive, your Replacement Parts warranty covers the PARTS & LABOUR**
Coverage Terms
If you purchase Replacement Parts from Nixon Automotive and have them installed by Nixon Automotive, your coverage is:
36 MONTHS / UNLIMITED KM
If you purchase Replacement Parts and have them installed elsewhere, your coverage is:
12 MONTHS, UNLIMITED KM
**Effective from October 1, 2017
What is not covered:
Replacements required due to wear, discolouration, deterioration, deformation, fading and normal noise.
Replacement required after 6 months on the following items would be considered wear and non-warrantable: Bulbs, Filters, Wiper Blades & Inserts, Fuses
Replacement Battery Warranty
When it comes time to replace the battery in your BMW or Mini, Nixon Automotive offers a complete line of top quality maintenance-free replacement batteries for BMW & Mini vehicles.
Parts & labour for all BMW & Mini Replacement Batteries installed by Nixon Automotive are warranted for 24 months. An additional pro-rata warranty covers a portion of the replacement cost beyond the 24 month period, for a total of 60 months.
Coverage Period - Warranty Reimbursement
1-24 MONTHS - 100% PARTS & LABOUR
24-60 MONTHS - PRO-RATA ON PARTS ONLY
Batteries purchased over the counter are warranted for 12 MONTHS on PARTS only.
What is not covered:
Batteries that have been opened, dropped, contaminated, cracked, frozen or otherwise damaged.
Failures caused by the use of incorrect electrolyte.
Recharging of discharged batteries. Batteries that have been damaged due to overcharging.
Batteries that have failed due to lack of regular vehicle use.
Batteries where the warranty plaque has been altered or destroyed.
