This is no fluff piece. If you want to know what you can expect from Nixon Automotive, read on. First, I'm a very particular, knowledgeable, and NOT easily satisfied customer. Nothing irks me worse than wasting money. Nixon is not cheap, but neither was my m3. Infrequently, you get what you pay for. I am pleased to include Nixon amongst that select few. In the course of my complex vehicle service, and many conversations with Mike, often involving Mitch & Ryan, I can state, unequivocally, that customer satisfaction is on par with profit at Nixon Automotive. These guys will perform to your expectations, just like the finely crafted automobiles they service.

Had a great experience getting my E46 M3 taken care of. From the beginning until the end, the staff there had top notch communication (thanks Mitch!), provided constant updates on my vehicle and made sure I fully understood what is being done. Nixon is best in business for a reason and it shows. You can tell they are knowledgeable and more importantly, passionate about BMW's! I try to wrench on my cars as much as I can, but when I need a BMW shop - Nixon is my first call
