I have taken my vehicle to Nixon for repair a couple of times now and I have had a great experience both times. Even with them having to deal with a third party warranty company that was making things a little bit more difficult, they were able to get my repair done quickly and efficiently and were in regular communication with me for updates. I especially appreciated all of the help from Mitch, who always went above and beyond to make things easier such as coordinating with the rental car company to pick me up even though I was out of their usual limits and helping me pick up my car when the repair was complete after hours so I was able to get it back as soon as possible when I couldn't come earlier due to work. I highly recommend!
