I recently had my car serviced at Nixon - they’re amazing! Mitch was very responsive and friendly, Mike was very knowledgeable and very patient explaining to me what my car needed. I felt safe going there as a car noob - the local dealership always quoted unnecessary expensive things which I’m not sure if I need, and Nixon provided me full transparency. I would recommend everyone to bring your car here, they will take good care of it!

Ryan and Mitch were outstanding in diagnosing and repairing the items which needed work on my 535i. Communication was excellent and never once did I feel pressured to complete work that wasn’t necessary. They did a great job of identifying all of the repairs needed and prioritizing the work so I knew what was urgent and what could wait. I would highly recommend Nixon Automotive

These guys are professional in the way they deal with people but are not specialists in all bmws, disappointed that they wanted me to spend 5k on a issue that they can’t confirm is the issue so basically they want me to gamble and if the problem is still there they won’t cover it and I gotta just eat the price which is ridiculous because that’s the whole point coming to you in the first place so that I know exactly what to replace not gamble and just start trying different parts until we solve the issue, sucks because they have good reviews and I went based off the reviews. Ended up paying 300 for a diagnostic on what they “think” could be the problem. Not happy at all especially with Mike saying they have a master tech who has 30 years of experience…they need to find a new Master tech.
