This place has great service. I never feel like they are pushy with any services. I really like how they are so calm, confident, friendly and concise in their interactions and explanations. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, allowing me to make my own informed decision. I’ve asked them to explain what certain terms mean, what the potential causes would be, whether it was something that could wait to be fixed or will lead to immediate safety issues in driving and how to prevent future damages. They explained everything thoroughly and let me come to my own conclusion. They also provided a detailed report so I could keep track of what services I’ve decided to defer and which ones I chose to tend to.
