Had a great experience with Mitch & team at Nixon Automotive. Brought my recently purchased 2018 440i in for a general full inspection and they were very thorough in the analysis and report (Each section that was inspected was documented with notes and any areas with issues were provided with big clear screenshots). For each of the areas my car needed repair, they gave me a general breakdown of the what and the why along with a no bull analysis of how much longer it could last without being fixed. No pressure to have any work done on the spot but I opted to anyway. Overall, great experience and courteous customer service from a knowledgeable and passionate group of BMW technicians. Only issue was that it took me 4-weeks to book an appointment (which I was told was generally not the norm). Although that probably speaks more to the amount of people that would trust and choose Nixon to service their cars. Will be using them as my annual/semi-annual maintenance and check-up shop moving forward.
