Mitch, and Mike took care of my BMW and walked me through from the initial phone call of scheduling an appointment, drop off of vehicle, status updates throughout the service day, to final pick up. I felt very confident in using Nixon Automotive. They are very knowledgeable and not pushy when recomending services or preventative maintenance. It felt more like a consultation as opposed to having services and products forced on or guilted me into purchasing. They care about their customers needs first. I wish I used them sooner. The Techs have great communication, work efficiently and are true knowledgeable Specialists. The reception area is clean and very pleasant to be inside, It's very clear right away this shop takes pride in their services/work and shows passion about what they do.
