Recently I was left stranded with an engine issue in Chilliwack. Nixon Automotive helped me coordinate a tow truck to come and pick it up and tow it to the shop. Then just a day later, they had diagnosed the engine with having no compression in Cylinder 1. Shortly after that they had sourced a motor for me, and installed it in my X5. Awesome service and surprised how fast they got me back on the road and enjoying my X5 once again!

I cannot say enough about how great the team at Nixon is. They have consistently provided great service over the years and I would not take my car anywhere else. Recently, they went above and beyond what I would normally expect when I had an unforeseen issue with my car. The team at Nixon was terrific. I had an E46 M3 that had been inactive for a few years after an engine VANOS issue. Mike, Mitch and Ryan were all clearly knowledgeable about the car and what work needed to be done. Their inspection report went into great detail for each issue that was found and they provided timely estimates and fair suggestions for what work was needed vs. what to monitor. They were even kind enough to drop the car off at a body shop nearby once finished, and I was happy to learn they park all cars inside overnight to protect them. Very satisfied customer and will return for future work as I feel the car is treated well at Nixon.
