Glad to be introduced to Nixon Auto and Mitch in person. He was very clear in explaining what is to be expected to investigate the problem I faced in my 328d, the service was responsive and options to resolve were comprehensive. Mitch even found out that BMW Canada has extended warranty and recommended me to bring the car to BMW dealer (afternote: I eventually got the problem resolved at the dealship at no cost due to the extended warranty). Highly recommended.

Had a huge hole in my BMW’s transfer case caused by a big rock. There was other damage under the car so there was some major work to be done. They did an amazing job fixing it all and the car runs like a dream.

Went for an oil change. I live at a place where it is too far to go home and back to the shop during the service. Techs understood my situation and kindly handled the job quicker than expected. Took care of my car just as I requested. Will visit again.

By far the most reliable and efficient BMW repair shop in all of BC. No one can compare to the knowledge they have. I drive over ten hours to have my X5 maintained at Nixon Auto.
