High prices for labor, cost extra hours for a simple job (they charge hours by BMW dealership book, not by actual time spent), higher oem parts prices than parts supplier close by (their parts supplier is BMW dealership), high diagnosis fees, extra shop fees and sometimes advice you to repair things are not really required or they do not check if these things work like if oil change or software is really required (recommendation by milage). I have been with Nixon for many years and this review reflects my friends and my experience over several years. My advice to Nixon is to distance themselves from BMW Canada and source parts directly from US or Germany, they should also charge actual spent time hours and not by the book hours and allow the customers to choose between OEM and genuine parts as there is 50% difference in parts cost. I am not saying Nixon has bad people or it is bad place for service, it has been there for long time helping people from BMW Canada and BMW dealership but over time, with Nixon, you get the same feeling that makes you escape BMW dealership.
Hi Kira, unfortunately I can not find you in our database and this type of review is not typical of our customers. If you are legitimately not happy, please contact me directly to discuss. Thanks, Ryan 604-432-9333
