So happy with this find. They were pros at every stage. Outlined exactly what was wrong, what work I wanted completed and how much it would cost. Excellent work. The shop is also incredibly clean.

Hi Brendan, Glad you are pleased with the service. We look forward to serving you in the future. Cheers, Ryan

Do people not yelp anymore? Why doesn't this place have more recent reviews? I chose Nixon because the dealership is a total ripoff. I liked that they have been doing BMW's for a long time and it's in my 'hood. Mike was really patient in explaining the problem with my car and the front office guy (sorry didn't get his name) was pleasant. Not like dealership arrogant service advisors. The only thing I wish they can improve on is being more timely in giving me the phonecall for the "go ahead". I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead and still waited most of the day for the diagnosis. They did complete the work within a day and the car is running smoothly.

I've used Nixon for my BMW several times. I think four or five times total. Some of those visits were for general preventative maintenance and some were for repairs. Since my BMW is long out of warranty I was looking for a place that knew as much (or more) as the dealer about my car, but at a more reasonable price. What I've found is that for a straight oil and filter change there isn't much difference from a dealer. However for maintenance inspections and repair jobs you will save some money for sure. Their part prices might seem a bit high, but when you get the total repair bill you will be glad you didn't go to a dealer. I've dealt with both guys at the front counter and they are friendly enough, as well as professional and straightforward.

Mike, Ryan and the technicians have been servicing my BMW for about 5 years now. I have found their work to be excellent and their prices reasonable. I would recommend them to my friends and clients without hesitation.

Thanks James. Always a pleasure.

I thought I would try Nixon as I was tired of paying the high service costs at Brian Jessel for our two BMWs (2005 325xi and 2008 128i cab). Just needed an oil change on the 128i, and was happy that I was in an out in under and hour. Of course the waiting area doesn't compare to Jessel's luxurious waiting area, but I was prepared to live with that if I could save some money. I was disappointed that the cost at Nixon was actually higher than at Brian Jessel ($159.00 before tax compared to $140.47).

Ryan and Mike have always provided excellent service at very reasonable prices. They did a pre-purchase inspection on my 1997 M3 and saved me $3,000 on my purchase price. They also installed the performance suspension parts on my car and I have been very happy with the results. I highly recommend Ryan and Mike and Nixon Automotive for servicing BMWs.

I would recommend Nixon to anyone who is a serious BMW enthusiast. I have taken my 2002 M3 to Nixon Automotive twice now and I have received great service both times at a substantially lower cost than what a BMW dealer would charge and they do great work. Ryan Sprung at Nixon takes the time to explain exactly what's going on with your car. These guys know BMWs!

Thanks Ralph. We appreciate the kind words.

My warranty company had referred me to Nixon Automotive. Sadly enough there weren't a lot of helpful reviews for this company; however, I still decided to proceed with them, considering the fact they are a certified BMW repair shop! I had my BMW X5 towed into their shop because it wasn't driveable. My SUV's starter needed to be replaced, key fobs' sensor(s) needed to be fixed, overall my car had a lot of electrical issues. Chris from Nixon's was the one dealing with my car. The total cost for repairs, diagnostic tests, and re-programming, and installation of the parts would have perhaps been quite expensive if I had taken it to a Certified BMW Dealership. Chris had given me a quote for about $600.00 after completing the diagnostic test; BUT after all the repairs were complete I was only charged $275. Thank you very much Chris and the rest of the service department team for being so helpful and informative. Needless to say I am so happy with the results and to have saved a lot of money and I will definitely continue having my car serviced through Nixon Automotive.
