Nixon Auto's rating of 4.9 is absolutely deserved. I filled out their booking form and got a response the next day. Hubert was easy to communicate with and transparent with pricing. He quoted me $279 for their comprehensive inspection (before taxes) with a timeline of up to 3 hours. On the day of, I met Mitch who kept me updated with my BMW's inspection and was patient answering all my questions. For context I have a 2000 BMW 3 series and I have put in a lot to keep up with the maintenance of an older car. I have taken my car to the Autowest BMW dealership twice for their 55-point inspection. After getting Nixon's report, I wish I had gone to them sooner. I found the report detailed with photos of their findings and explanations for their recommendations and its urgency to get serviced. I decided to have the coolant and oil leaks diagnostics done as well. The price came to $88.51 each which was lower than the price Mitch originally quoted me as the leaks ended up being less complicated to diagnose. If you have an older BMW I would highly recommend bringing it to Nixon Auto's. I felt they truly cared about what I wanted to do with my car and didn't push anything that was unnecessary. The amount of detail in their 83-point inspection gave me a really good understanding of the issues. Mitch took into consideration how much I've already invested in the car and my budget when recommending what was/wasn't urgent to get fixed. If I get my car serviced in the future, I 100% trust Nixon to get it done.

Wonderful customer service and attention to detail. Mitch and the rest of the team at Nixon Automotive resolved a number of issues with my older M3 that were still present after originally taking the vehicle to a dealer. Along with providing details on all of the codes thrown on the vehicle, Mitch walked through the different recommended service and replacement items, while making it clear what items could be deferred for now / when they should be addressed. I recently went to the dealership for a brake inspection and was quoted over $2000 to replace them! Feeling overwhelmed, I called Nixon Automotive and spoke with Mitch. Let me tell you, he was a breath of fresh air! Mitch was incredibly friendly and honest. He explained that I didn't necessarily need new brakes right away unless my car gave me a warning. He assured me my car wouldn't break down like the dealership advisor had implied. I'm so grateful to Mitch for his expertise and honesty.
