It’s honestly hard NOT to give them 5 stars. My lil bimmer broke down twice and Mitchel and his team spotted the failure points and fixed it in no time. I trust no one else but these ppl to take care of my car.

Personally into cars and have been to many different shops. Nixon is professional, very transparent with pricing, provides super detailed diagnostics with pictures, description. Honesty is what brings success, and I like how everything is presented to me at Nixon. The location is also close by Metrotown, so there are plenty of options to spend your time while the vehicle is at the shop.

Look, the shop seems great based on the reviews; but I got charged $330 for some assumptions, when I was hoping a BMW specialist could tell me exactly my issue. Being told "we can try this $600 fix and see if it fixes it" is very underwhelming for my confidence in the shop. I wouldn't be suggesting any repairs until the issue could be reproduced and identified.
