I went to Nixon last year and I'm still not happy how I was treated. I went to Nixon looking for a Diagnosis for Vanos/ Camshaft problem and asked Nixon if they could check my engine codes. I sat around for 3 hours waiting for them only to find out they only did a vehicle inspection, and some other minor diagnostic. Nixon stated I never been there before so it was policy to do a inspection on my car but didn't even check The underlying issues in my car been the engine lights ( the actual reason I went there in the first place). but What really upset me was they asked for payment first before going through the inspection of with my car and then stated I should come back for a 220.00 dollar Vanos diagnosis which I came to them on in the first place. I did re-book with Nixon but cancelled soon after when I found out that Brian Jessel's BMW Vanos Diagnosis was cheaper and they would also give me a courtesy car. the lesson here is to detail to Nixon what work you want to be done on your vehicle and DO NOT PAY BEFORE YOU KNOW WHAT THEY DID TO YOUR CAR. also its only a 2 minute free phone call to BMW to get a free quote on any work need to be done on your bmw.
Hello Monish, I am sorry you did not have a good experience with our shop. I took a look at your file and the points you make here are very far from the truth.
