Replaced a 2000+ part but never fixed the issue why it broke in the first place so it just broke again months later. Refused to stand by their work and just wanted another 2000+ to replace the same part, again, not addressing the underlying issue. So refused that option and figured out what the issue was on my own. It was very simple and stated in mini's maintenance documentation. It was their own incompetence the caused the failure of the second part and they refused to refund the money or replace at their cost. I feel sorry for anyone without car maintenance knowledge to go to these guys. They're likely getting ripped off and don't even know it.

Took my 1987 BMW 635csi to have the team at Nixon Automotive look at some very specific issues regarding the brake system as other shops I took it to stated “they don’t know how to repair the issue”. From the get go, Mitch was very on top of things and communicated with me very efficiently. I got a full comprehensive vehicle inspection done and it was some of the best work I have seen out of any shop. The details along with pictures and videos showcased everything I needed done immediately and what needed to be looked at soon. The teams communicate was great and so was their advice. I will definitely be returning for any further work that needs to be done as trust was built with Nixon after my first visit. Big shoutout to the team there, they are amazing.
