First time using Nixon, I'm very impressed.

I got a bunch of maintenance work done to my 2017 340i and they did not disappoint. Very professional and very efficient. They communicated with me as they were working on the car which was very helpful and they also told me a few tips which will help me out in the future. The car runs like new and I will definitely be back for any other services. Mitch and the Nixon team go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Would definitely recommend!

These guys are amazing. Not only they done an excellent job serving my car, my guy I think his name is Mitch according to the text message( I forgot to ask, but he was at the front when I went in), also taught my many useful tips on how to use my car, and I walked out with a clean car feels new. I will definitely go back and this even makes me want to stay with bmw. The dealership in Richmond was never this helpful. I used own a Lexus and they have wonderful services and Nixon reminds me of that.

Suggestion: It would be great if the option to update the CARFAX report was made available.

Highly professional and sends pictures of every issue in the car before requesting permission to fix it. Wasn't the cheapest, but I feel like it was fairly priced. Recommended
