Replaced a 2000+ part but never fixed the issue why it broke in the first place so it just broke again months later. Refused to stand by their work and just wanted another 2000+ to replace the same part, again, not addressing the underlying issue. So refused that option and figured out what the issue was on my own. It was very simple and stated in mini's maintenance documentation. It was their own incompetence the caused the failure of the second part and they refused to refund the money or replace at their cost. I feel sorry for anyone without car maintenance knowledge to go to these guys. They're likely getting ripped off and don't even know it.
