Stole my money, $2000 I don’t know what kind of sick scheme you guys are playing. But don’t expect to be treated fairly especially if you are young or have a bit of style. Got my car back in the same condition I sent it in, literally they claimed to have fixed the issues and even refused to provide me with receipts because I chose to pay in cash rather then card. This is for my 2006 M6. They have deleted my reviews before and the man they work with from a muffler shop down the road have played with me at a time I was busy and couldn’t do anything but now I have time to get back what is mine. I will be needing my 2 thousand dollars

Hello Faris, thank you for your review. Unfortunately we have no dealings with you directly. Your vehicle was sublet to us by a local muffler shop that was having difficulty with the vehicle. As Nixon Automotive is a big part of the community, we are often helping other shops that need our expertise, so sublets to us are quote normal. The muffler shop had us diagnose 2 separate concerns at a total sublet charge of $630. No repairs were authorized or made, only diagnosis of the issues they requested. The muffler shop paid their bill and took the car back. What they repaired and charged you is between you and them. I'm sorry you are having a bad experience with that shop, but making a review like this to our shop which never made repairs, nor took any of your money, is not the right thing to do. We kindly ask you take the review down, and deal directly with the shop that you were working with. Thank you, Mike.

I have been taking my bimer to Ryan and the team at Nixon for the past few years as I transitioned out of factory warranty. Service has been good from day one. I usually bring the car in clean and am happy to have it returned in the same condition. They have caught a few things before they turned into a headache and I appreciate that as “preventative maintenance” seems to be my jam. On my last service appointment I had my mind blown with the implementation of a new digital platform. Sent to me were photos of my vehicle from pre-inspection, all the way to some good res pics of some weeping turbo coolant lines which we will sort out in the future. Something notable here - I asked how pressing the lines were to repair and was told we could just monitor them at my next service interval and compare the photos to see if the situation had worsened. Lets be honest, had I been told to deal with it I would have. The fact that I wasn’t advised to come out of pocket on the spot was appreciated. For those reading this who aren’t “car people”, be reassured that the team at Nixon place more importance on preserving your car and relationship with their business than rinsing you for the repair on hand.

Was recommend Nixon by another shop and I'm so happy I was. The guys were really helpful and thorough with everything when I brought my car in. My car was repaired and given back to me the same day and runs great right now. One thing I was surprised about is their honesty and transparency; you don't get that with too many shops anymore and because of that, I will always bring my car in to Nixon. Special thanks to Mitch for being fair and quick with updates. I really appreciated all the efforts of the team and thank you for making my fix such a stress free and painless one!
