I had the opportunity to work with Ryan on a very difficult diesel with a grocery list of problems. Not only would Ryan always make time for a call or email, he actually gave me much needed advice while the car was in at BMW for other repairs. Thank-you.

Not really much incentive to use these guys, their quotes and pricing(at least in my case) exceeded what the dealership would have charged me. They were late in completing work, and overcharged me for parts and labour, charging me extra for tasks that could have been(and probably were) done with the procedures already being performed. Either bad at multitasking or just slow and have bad time management. They also have no vehicles to offer while maintenance is being done, so if you don't have access to another vehicle, you're on the hook for a rental aswell. Take it from me, just go to the dealership. You're not saving much with Nixon, some of their techs come from either open road, or Brian Jessel, and end up going back. I've heard enough stories from others to competely avoid this shop now.

Good service but took longer than expected

Good clear communication re initial diagnosis & during repair incl cost increases when something unexpected is discovered (Thanks Mitchel !), appreciate their technical thoroughness to ensure optimal reliability on my older vehicles, note: this also tends to result in higher final costs than other shops that miss things only to require return visits and further repair costs anyways … I prefer to get it repaired right in one Nixon visit (were possible). Getting car back well cleaned up each time is a welcome sight !

I dealt with Mitch who was professional and went out of his way to help me with my car. He sent me my car report digitally & explained everything throughly. I will definitely go back as I had a great experience.

Good service, except the employees should treat the pandemic more seriously: 1. When I drop off, 2/3 employees not wearing masks 2. When I pick up, guy didn't wear mask correctly, the nose part didn't get adjusted, which makes wearing a mask meaningless Protect yourself, protect your customers, make them feel protected.

When you dropped off on the 24th, masks were not mandatory for vaccinated people. We are sorry you didn’t feel safe. Now that masks are mandatory, we ensure they are worn correctly. ~Ryan
