Good service, except the employees should treat the pandemic more seriously: 1. When I drop off, 2/3 employees not wearing masks 2. When I pick up, guy didn't wear mask correctly, the nose part didn't get adjusted, which makes wearing a mask meaningless Protect yourself, protect your customers, make them feel protected.
Hi Han. Thank you for your honest review. We at Nixon take the pandemic very serious and out of safety, all our staff is double vaccinated. When you dropped off on the 24th, masks were not mandatory for vaccinated people. We are sorry you didn’t feel safe. Now that masks are mandatory, we ensure they are worn correctly. ~Ryan
