Went to Nixon to see Ryan today because my BMW 3 series wouldn't open or close and also the gas door wouldn't open. I showed it to my mechanic first and he wasn't able to figure out what was wrong with it. After I brought it to Nixon, these guys were able to fix the problem within 30 minutes and for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this shop as a best place to go for any bmw repairs or maintenance. Appreciate your help Ryan, and I will definitely be back for a future maintenance of my vehicle.

I bought a used x5 which is 17 years old, and it obviously needed some love for a car which is that old. BMWs are not cheap cars, but if you show them the right maintenance they will last. I brought my car into Nixon based on the reviews. And they have always done an exceptional job at figuring out the issue and fixing it properly. Right now, my car feels like it runs like new. Will never take my BMW anywhere else! Mitchel was great, always answered all my questions, and got my car delivered back to me on time :) Great job! And they will wash your car and wash your engine bay as well. So the car will come back very clean after they perform their service.

i’m not from canada and it was hard for me to trust. my friend recommended me this place and when i entered very nice charming guy gave me advices about my BMW. they spend time with you , answer you all questions and service quality was great .

As an ex client for dealer shops for years, I noticed Nixon's prices are generally more affordable than dealer shops. Nixon also did the job better than them (e.g. they use engine maintenance kit during oil changes, which I can tell the difference). Some forum says Nixon is the best BMW Indy shop in the lower main land. I think it maybe true.

Ryan and the team at Nixon are fantastic. Presented with new and challenging repairs, they knocked it out of the park and got my car back up to 100%. They made extra time for us, and were always friendly and professional. I look forward to many more jobs done with them.

Alright guys, I own a 2006 750li and I gotta say this car is a gem. However, it does come with more than it's fair share of problems. I took my car in to Nixon about a month ago, and I dealt with a guy named Mitch that works at their front desk. Mitch has been very professional, kind, courteous and explains everything very thoroughly in a way that's easy to understand. I have spent over 5,000 in repairs at Nixon over the last month or so and what I appreciated most from Mitch at Nixon was that he seemed sincere and knowledgeable. He was able to put together a plan of action to address the priority items, while at the same time keeping in mind my needs which was to budget the repairs over several visits. In addition to the outstanding service. I've taken my car to other BMW specialized dealerships and I feel like Nixon is the company that I"m most comfortrable referring to other friends that own BMWs.

I have a habit of doing things the wrong way around. So after I bought my BMW X5, I took it into Ryan @ Nixon Automotive, to do a "post-purchase" inspection. Ryan was - and continues to be - extremely available and open to my questions. His team's inspection didn't just surface issues, but he helped me strategize how to tackle them in the most cost-effective manner, while still maintaining their high standards of service. I had taken my car to one other Burnaby-based German car garage about a month before but was very disappointed in the equivalent inspection service they did. With that shop, I just got a page of checks and x marks - no further details, and very little in-person explanation. With Ryan and Nixon, they were fast, professional, and thorough. All for the same inspection fee as the bad place. I can't recommend Nixon automotive more, if you're looking for a quality, knowledgeable BMW specialist.

I own a older BMW and Ryan and his crew have completed a number of performance enhancements as well as needed repairs due to the age of the car. The car is transformed and performing wonderfully.Profesional shop with awesome customer communication. If you own a BMW I believe you can trust Nixon to do Great Work!
