I’d like to strongly recommend the team at Nixon and my advisor Mitch regarding my regular and major service experience. I’ve got a 2003 5 series that I’ve owned more than 18 years. I drive it on track and around town. Routine maintenance has been efficient and reasonable wrt cost. Very happy. Unfortunately the original transmission failed earlier this year. The team did a complete rebuild after considering other options. The car, which has almost 300,000 km is running better than new. Highly recommended:)

heard from a friend about this Buller Street location of Nixon Automotive in Burnaby BC. I went there and we set up an appointment for the following week. The job on the suspension was to take all day. Mitchell, the Service Advisor was very professional and helpful and also arranged for a rental car for me. Despite my coming half an hour late (I called in that there was a 7 car pile up on Port Mann bridge) I was welcomed with a smile and assured that the job will be finished as planned. And it did. And.. I also received a prioritized report of what needs/should be done for my car to continue running smoothly. It is a 2007 model of BMW 325i with a sport package. So.. bonus! Every time I was in the office and Mitchell wasn't in Mike, the owner was there to assist while waiting for Mitch. Until now I have been taking my car to a different auto shop. Well, needless to say until now.. but from now on Burnaby Nixons is my shop. They fixed my car, they provided report with prioritized plan, and also helped to heal my seasickness (related to car bouncing on speed bumps etc. :)) THANK YOU M&M guys!!!
