Just having moved back to town with a diesel touring that had just come out of the 4 year maintenance included window, I was looking to build a good relationship on the service side. I had heard great things about Nixon, so wanted to give them a try. I ended up having a substantial warranty claim for my first visit with them that they were able to calmly walk me through. Through this process, Ryan was able to provide me with observations that gave me the info I needed to make the decision to add on a couple extra services while they had the car. Overall, the experience was super smooth, with no "gotchas". Tons of communication throughout the process and I felt I could really trust their diagnosis. No question, I'll be going back to Nixon from now on.

I’ve been using Nixon BMW for servicing and repairs for over 5 years. I’m very grateful for Ryan and his team for a variety of reasons. Firstly, they are very responsive in getting my car into their garage promptly. Secondly, they always provide as much clarity as possible about how they will manage any issue that may arise during the work and assessment. Thirdly, they get the work done when they say they will. I’m very happy to refer my friends to them.

There was no detailed description of the repair, and the car rental for the repair period was paid in cash instead of a credit card .They told me that they would send me it by check two month later. If I did not ask them my money, actually, they would not have returned to me. After that they didn't say sorry. So I do not want to go to that BMW branch even any BMW again. The service's expectation was so angry that I couldn't give it more than zero in the future. Even so far I am angry.

I brought my 2009 BMW 335i convertible in for service. It has 220K KM's and was running extremely rough during cold morning starts (sputtering, backfires, missing etc.). It was so bad that I would not have been able to keep it running if it wasn't a standard - after 3-5 minutes it was fine. I had managed to put these 220K easy km's on the car with very little engine maintenance (just, brakes, tires, filters and oil changes) and was running 100% original parts except for recall items, so we were basically starting from scratch. Long story short, Ryan and team did a very thorough assessment and a cold start diagnostic of the car. We determined the main cause of the issue was my original fuel injectors were leaking overnight and I had massive carbon build up in my intake manifold. There were also several other maintenance items that could be done. Since the car is high mileage, but I still love it and it is in good shape, we decided to put together a work order that would fit my budget. Ryan got creative and together we decided on the highest priority items first. We found some good (version 12) injectors that were less than a year old, did a walnut blast and did some regular maintenance items and managed to stay within my budget. The car is running amazing and it feels like it did when I bought it at 70K KM's. :-) I would absolutely recommend Nixon Automotive, and Ryan and his team. They were amazing to work with and I am extremely happy that I found them. I'll be bringing my car back to them for any major work. I love that they work with older cars and have a passion for keeping BMW's on the road as long as they can. Thanks again Ryan! Steve

Have dealt with Nixon Automotive regarding my 1995 BMW 525i and my dad's 1997 BMW 328i. They're always super professional and let you know exactly what's wrong with your BMW, even on older ones like mine. Hell, they even work with a budget and see what can be repaired within your budget to eliminate as many problems as possible. It's nice to know that there's a shop that treat even older BMWs as if they're the newest thing on the block. Are they expensive? Sure they are, but you're paying for the knowledge, experience as well as the work. And for me, the price is worth it when you know that your BMW is going to come out running like a brand new car, every single time. They go the extra mile to properly diagnose your BMW and to distinguish what the root cause of the problem is. Don't hesitate to deal with these guys! No matter how old your BMW. Mine are 22 and 24 years old and I couldn't be happier.
