My 535xi came off warranty a year ago and I dreaded taking it back to the dealer for servicing. From the first contact with Mitch to being greeted and looked after by Ryan, to the explanations about what needed to be done and why, this is a class professional outfit. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants their BMW taken care of. It was a bit out of the way for me (I live in Vancouver) but the Royal Oak Skytrain station is a relatively short walk away and after dropping off my car, I was driven to the station. Overall a very worthwhile find.

Mitch and his team at Nixon are great! Other BMW/Euro specialists didn’t meet my standards, so I was off to find a new shop. Fair prices, which are definitely lower than what the dealership quotes. They clearly know what needs to be diagnosed in each BMW and are able to relay proper information to the customer. I appreciate the complimentary pick-up/drop-off service in the i3 and the Nixon Automotive front license plate cover. Will make this my go-to shop for maintenance and repairs! Easily made a good impression on me!

I was referred to this bodyshop for my battery replacement, tire pressure issue and was impressed by Mitchel's dedicated professional service and advices. I am appreciated by his team and the effort to take initiative to diagnosis my car. One of the best autobody shop in town and defenitiely gets my vote. See you next time for the new brakes!

I have taken both my x-5 and my 325 I to Nixon auto ...both were worked on with excellent workmanship..and a very reasonable price..I would highly recommend this shop to do a great job....

I have dealt with many repair shops and in all my experiences Noxon was the most honest, fair and reasonably priced I have dealt with. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Just having moved back to town with a diesel touring that had just come out of the 4 year maintenance included window, I was looking to build a good relationship on the service side. I had heard great things about Nixon, so wanted to give them a try. I ended up having a substantial warranty claim for my first visit with them that they were able to calmly walk me through. Through this process, Ryan was able to provide me with observations that gave me the info I needed to make the decision to add on a couple extra services while they had the car. Overall, the experience was super smooth, with no "gotchas". Tons of communication throughout the process and I felt I could really trust their diagnosis. No question, I'll be going back to Nixon from now on.

I’ve been using Nixon BMW for servicing and repairs for over 5 years. I’m very grateful for Ryan and his team for a variety of reasons. Firstly, they are very responsive in getting my car into their garage promptly. Secondly, they always provide as much clarity as possible about how they will manage any issue that may arise during the work and assessment. Thirdly, they get the work done when they say they will.
