Ryan and Mike are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Found this shop due to warranty forcing us to, but I’m very glad they did. Haven’t stopped coming since! Fast service, reasonable pricing, and I have confidence in their advice. 10/10 across the boards, would definitely recommend to any BMW owner.

Staff are knowledgeable friendly and went out of their way when i had the worst luck in my 17 years of driving. I recently brought my BMW 135i to Nixon Automotive, based on their on line reviews. After a very negative experience at a BMW dealership I was not interested in entertaining the thought of returning. I am from out of town and do not have a shop locally that could help me out. The staff at Nixon was exceptional, Mike was always available via telephone and kept me updated with any information regarding the repairs on my car. Their prices were fair and the service was exceptional right down to the fellow who picked us up when the car was ready. The car was properly diagnosed rather than having parts thrown at it at my expense. I will continue to use Nixon for my future BMW service. Thanks guys!

I brought my 06 325I here several times for repair work and was satisfied with the work done. I myself am an enthusiast of BMW's and have recommended several other enthusiasts to get service done here. I like that they have some BMW car care products in the waiting area you can purchase (which I have and love) and the technicians seem to really love their jobs. Hopefully they stick around for the long haul since it's often difficult to find a reliable and honest automobile shop nowadays.

One of the main reasons why I continue to buy and keep BMW's, is the level of professional and technical knowledge, and superb customer service that I continue to receive from Ryan, Mike, Angus and the guys at Nixon. I bought my first BMW, a 2002 540i M Sport in 2013 and have been taking it to Nixon from day one. I like to meticulously care for my cars and Nixon has always expertly fixed everything correctly the first time. They have always given me sound advice on maintaining my car and never tried to sell me on any services. On the contrary, they consistently advise me to "leave things alone" when other shops would jump at the opportunity. I have recently bought a 2010 X5 for my wife, and can rest assured that Nixon will take good care of both of my vehicles. I cannot say enough good things about these guys! Recommend 150%. Took in my 6series for service. Service is very good. Staff friendly.

Took my BMW for water pump failure issue. the service was good and the staff are polite. However, the labor and prices are as expansive as BMW dealership itself. I would say for easy jobs like Battery replacement and ect, take your vehicle to a regular mechanics if you are concern about cost. unfortunately, Nixon has no curtsy car while your car is in service and I had to pay for car rental. Overall, I had a better experience than BMW store and recommend this shop if you care about your BMW.
