Ryan and Mike are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Found this shop due to warranty forcing us to, but I’m very glad they did. Haven’t stopped coming since! Fast service, reasonable pricing, and I have confidence in their advice. 10/10 across the boards, would definitely recommend to any BMW owner.

Staff are knowledgeable friendly and went out of their way when i had the worst luck in my 17 years of driving. Thanks Dennis and Ryan for looking after my beloved car and providing the professional and knowledgeable advice. You have a customer for life now. Its hard to find mechanics who are passionate and offer compassion during rough times. I cannot thank you both enough and at the very least, I owe you a cold slab of beer for your honesty and hard work. Cheers fellas.

I recently brought my BMW 135i to Nixon Automotive, based on their on line reviews. After a very negative experience at a BMW dealership I was not interested in entertaining the thought of returning. I am from out of town and do not have a shop locally that could help me out. The staff at Nixon was exceptional, Mike was always available via telephone and kept me updated with any information regarding the repairs on my car. Their prices were fair and the service was exceptional right down to the fellow who picked us up when the car was ready. The car was properly diagnosed rather than having parts thrown at it at my expense. I will continue to use Nixon for my future BMW service. Thanks guys!

I brought my 06 325I here several times for repair work and was satisfied with the work done. I myself am an enthusiast of BMW's and have recommended several other enthusiasts to get service done here. I like that they have some BMW car care products in the waiting area you can purchase (which I have and love) and the technicians seem to really love their jobs. Hopefully they stick around for the long haul since it's often difficult to find a reliable and honest automobile shop nowadays.
