Went for diagnostics of my BMW 528xi 2015. I had a long time engine light for air-fuel ratio. Nixon ran complete disgnostics and shared every picture&video for the root cause. This helped me solve the problem and other things which needed attention. Thank you Mitch at Nixon for great service.

My last time going to Nixon as I brought my 2011x5d in for a clunk in my right front end. I had this same issue 2 years ago on left side and had them fix it. This time they charged me just under $1000.00 and called me to tell me it's fixed and so as I drove off the clunk was still there. I asked them if they test drove it prior to repair and after repair, and if so how could they say it was repaired. They stated that it was raining so could not hear clunk. I said we'll when I was driving home it was raining and I could hear it clearly. Long story short they replaced parts that did not fix problem and when I stated I shouldn't have to pay for un needed parts they tried to blame me for replacing part because I must be the mechanic because I asked what they did to repair 2 years earlier. Hubert admitted that the part replaced did not repair the problem and wrote it on the bill and still refused to give my money back. I have no problem paying for repairs as long as the repair is actually repairing the problem.
