I have a habit of doing things the wrong way around. So after I bought my BMW X5, I took it into Ryan @ Nixon Automotive, to do a "post-purchase" inspection. Ryan was - and continues to be - extremely available and open to my questions. His team's inspection didn't just surface issues, but he helped me strategize how to tackle them in the most cost-effective manner, while still maintaining their high standards of service. I had taken my car to one other Burnaby-based German car garage about a month before but was very disappointed in the equivalent inspection service they did. With that shop, I just got a page of checks and x marks - no further details, and very little in-person explanation. With Ryan and Nixon, they were fast, professional, and thorough. All for the same inspection fee as the bad place. I can't recommend Nixon automotive more, if you're looking for a quality, knowledgeable BMW specialist.

I own a older BMW and Ryan and his crew have completed a number of performance enhancements as well as needed repairs due to the age of the car. The car is transformed and performing wonderfully.Profesional shop with awesome customer communication. If you own a BMW I believe you can trust Nixon to do Great Work!

They are the worst mechanics in the city and they are bunch of liars and thief, don’t ever take your car to them they will actually Ruin your vehicle so you can keep going there so they can keep charging money they never end fixing anything on your vehicle. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Quality shop all around. Good communication of required work vs things to monitor. Always done on time. Much more personalized service than you will find at the dealer at the same or lower cost.

Thank you SO much for the new snow tires! My car drives so much better, smoother and a lot straighter than the other tires. AND, we went to Kelowna Wednesday, it was pouring on the Coq, pooling water and the car handled so well! My hubby was driving so that tells you we weren’t going grandma speed! Lol 😂 Just really appreciate it the amazing service and great quality work. Thank you!!!
