If you own a BMW, you should definitely go to Nixon! I’ve been going to Nixon ever since my service coverage with Auto West BMW expires. Great service, awesome people and I usualy deal with Mitch at the front desk - very professional, friendly, provide great advice, they are the real expert in BMW and you can fully trust them. They only tell you to replace what you need when it’s time and not ‘pushy’. I am not going anywhere else but Nixon! Thank u for being awesome!

Needed to change brake pads and rotors.They did a good job and in short time. And they are cheaper than the BMW dealerships I contacted about this issue. I was also happy with the interaction. Efficient and professional.

I’ve got a 20 year old M3 that I’m pretty fussy about. I wouldn’t take it anywhere else but Nixon. I’ve tried a few other BMW specialists and have been very unhappy with the level of service. Mitch is great! He gives you a ballpark quote and when you pick up your car he goes through entire invoice explaining what was done and what needs to be done. When my wife’s 230i is out of warranty it will be going to Nixon as well.

So far so good. Nice reception and initial attention. 1st time coming here. Hope to have a great 1st experience. 1 week later, I can honestly say now that Nixon Automotive lived up to its reputation. Service was quick and excellent! The were able to accommodate me in between jobs and got me what I needed. Their job report was very complete and easy to understand. Great job guys!! Highly recommending their services!!

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service, but prices are a bit questionable. Went in for a routine engine oil and brake fluid service, got quoted $184 and $169 plus tax. I guess the brake fluid part was forgotten as I was texted later if I wanted to have my brake fluid + microfilter serviced. I said yes as thought that was what I originally wanted serviced, but I was a surprised to see it costed an additional $186 to change the filter. To be fair he did mention it was an *additional* $357 and I misread it as the total being $357. But $600 seems steep for a quick servicing, on par with dealership prices minus the courtesy vehicle and lounge space.
