I was having issues with my DPF. Went to the dealer and was told it needs to be replaced which would probably cost me around $10k. Couldn’t believe it. The car is running perfectly well except that the DPF warning light Kept coming up. Did some research online and found Nixon Automotive. Made a schedule with Mitch. It turned out that my thermostat is stuck open causing the car not to reach its normal operating temperature which in turn causing the DPF not to regenerate. How could the dealer missed that? Or have they? I will never be going to the dealerships for service. Instead Nixon Automotive will be my go to shop for my BMW. I highly recommend them. Very honest and professional to deal with.
