Mitch and the team at Nixon Automotive were very professional in carrying out diagnostics on my X5. They gave a full report on the vehicle and recommend all of the repair options available. I would definitely recommend Nixon Automotive for any BMW service and repair requirements.

This was my first visit to a garage after 4 years of « free » lease service at BMW Jessel. I saw good recommendations for Nixon’s from the BC BMW Club and the service I got was excellent. The business model is profesionnal and built on transparency with clients who are « not mechanics ». Efficient online booking, good communications and they stand up to their promise of quality service, fair pricing (I compared prices with Jessel on brake and rotor change= 300$ cheaper at Nixon) and honest dealing. I am certainly going to continue servicing my 2018 X1 here. 👍🏻

Great shop, great people (mechanics) and wonderful friendly atmosphere. Know them for few years and have lots of upgrades done to my M3 and X3M there. They always provide good advice and exceptional service

Pretty good experience overall. Dropped my BMW X1 off at 8am with Mitch, asked if they could prioritize and get me home before lunch. Car was washed (exterior) and returned around 11am. Felt like they gave the service a good amount of effort and attention. Detailed invoice and record of the service was provided. Would return another time..
