I had previously used Nixon Automotive for servicing my E46 330ci years ago. I recently decided to have my M2 to be serviced by an independent again. Mitchell was great to deal with. I only had an engine oil and brake fluid replacement performed and Nixon inspected the car as part of their service, where they discovered a puncture in a tire and repaired it. The final bill was reasonable compared to what my dealer quoted.

Took my M4 g82 in for Clutch Delay Valve Delete. Very reasonable price and promising job well done. The shifting between 1 and 2 is like day and night after the delete. Thank again Nixon.

Highly highly highly recommend! I bought a certified pre-owned 750 from a dealer, upon taking possession of the car, I noticed something was off. The front bumper was not secured properly to the grille, and there were quite a bit of rust presented on the brakes. Called up Nixon automotive and arranged a full inspection and service to address any deficiencies. Thankfully for Mitch and his team, they were able to find 1. Calipers on brakes all rusted 2. Wheels and steering out of alignment 3. Rear struts rusted out 4. Battery and fluid all out dated Really love this shop for sending you a report with pictures, itemizing every finding, quoting a price for each task, and seeking approval before performing the job. (You have the option to choose which suggested task to be completed.). In the end, I’m very satisfied for their attention to detail and customer service. Thank you! I will be back!

Booked the appointment over the phone on Friday. They advised to drop the car during the weekend in front of the shop and dropped the key... No update until Wednesday. The agent quickly texted: We've found many engine faults... to complete the further diagnostics we will be $500+tax! I said a Big NO! So I paid $149 for this brilliant diagnostic while I've paid $500 on rental car during the week already! My beautiful car was parked in a supper tight alley while inside the car smalls terrible!! So I grab my car and skipped fast. Wasted $649 for absolutely nothing. Next day I received a very funny message from them asking to leave them a 5 star review:)) You even don't know the alphabet of customer care!
