I have taken my vehicle to Nixon for repair a couple of times now and I have had a great experience both times. Even with them having to deal with a third party warranty company that was making things a little bit more difficult, they were able to get my repair done quickly and efficiently and were in regular communication with me for updates. I especially appreciated all of the help from Mitch, who always went above and beyond to make things easier such as coordinating with the rental car company to pick me up even though I was out of their usual limits and helping me pick up my car when the repair was complete after hours so I was able to get it back as soon as possible when I couldn't come earlier due to work. I highly recommend!

Mitch was very pleasant to deal with. All work needed to be done was suggested and given a quote and emailed. Matter was handled very professionally and done with a lot of care. I was recommended by a friend to this place. And I won't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone that has a bmw issue.

I have a 2003 E39 with 406,000 km and the Nixon Team has solved all my issues that other OEM and non OEM repair places cannot . Hard to fine a car repair place that can repair older cars at a good honest price and do the diagnostic and repairs correctly.

Went here for a vehicle check, and they did a great job in providing a detailed report. Mitch was really helpful and professional. They also offer flexible after-hour pickup which is nice and convenient. Would recommend.
