I was in search of a good knowledgeable responsive mechanic for the last few years. I was so close to going back to my MINI dealership for expensive services and repair because I either found cheap but simply can’t do the job mechanic which ended up to be a waste of money or I find a good mechanic but unresponsive when I needed help. Then I stumbled on Nixon from my own research and thought I would give one last shot. I was surprised to find how responsive to my inquiry they were, they’re knowledgeable and was able to find pressing issues in my car that was either not addressed by one of the previous mechanic or addressed but not responsive when I wanted boom a time to fix them. This is all to say, I was very happy to have found Nixon. Their staff was very friendly to speak with, they’re organized, reasonable and seemingly have good and fitting equipment to work on my MINI which I think allows them to get back to me fairly quickly. They took time to explain each issue found and provided their recommendations without being pushy. I find that the cost to fix all the issues are fair and reasonable. The only unfortunately thing is they’re not offering courtesy shuttle at this time due to covid, so I had to find my own arrangements to get home and go back. I hope they can bring this service back soon! I’ll definitely go back again for all my car services & repairs and recommend anyone who drives BMW/MINI!
