My husband and I bought a 2012 X5 diesel a couple years ago and have been very pleased with the knowledge, experience and overall atmosphere of the shop and their employees. We have been very pleased with the service experience and repairs they have done as well as appreciative of their recommendations on preventative maintenance/repairs required to keep diesels in tip top shape. We definitely get the impression their recommendations are in the best interest of the vehicle. Highly recommend taking your BMW here!!!!

I have been a customer of Nixon Automotive for well over 15 years. Ryan, Mike and their team have always serviced my BMW's including three E34 M5's over the years. My current 1992 M5 with 230,000 kilometers was just serviced at Nixon including a new set of Michelin Pilot Sport AS3+ tires installed and balanced in their shop. There were no scuffs or scratches on the System II throwing star rims and they were installed in the correct way, which only BMW nerds know about - well done guys!! When I purchased the car 4.5 years ago, it was a bit rough, but the Nixon guys had it mechanically sorted out and running great in no time. I have since sold a 1988 E28 M5 and a 1997 840ci. Both of those cars were also serviced and repaired as needed at Nixon. In 15+ years, I have never been disappointed in their work and have never returned to have a repair re-done. Nixon has completed pre-purchase inspections on a number of other BMW's prior to my purchase. They have steered me away from cars that have too many issues and have provided a detailed report of required repairs prior to purchase so I know what to expect. I wholeheartedly recommend Nixon to any BMW owner for his or her service needs.

I went to Nixon last year and I'm still not happy how I was treated. I went to Nixon looking for a Diagnosis for Vanos/ Camshaft problem and asked Nixon if they could check my engine codes. I sat around for 3 hours waiting for them only to find out they only did a vehicle inspection, and some other minor diagnostic. Nixon stated I never been there before so it was policy to do a inspection on my car but didn't even check The underlying issues in my car been the engine lights ( the actual reason I went there in the first place). but What really upset me was they asked for payment first before going through the inspection of with my car and then stated I should come back for a 220.00 dollar Vanos diagnosis which I came to them on in the first place. I did re-book with Nixon but cancelled soon after when I found out that Brian Jessel's BMW Vanos Diagnosis was cheaper and they would also give me a courtesy car. the lesson here is to detail to Nixon what work you want to be done on your vehicle and DO NOT PAY BEFORE YOU KNOW WHAT THEY DID TO YOUR CAR. also its only a 2 minute free phone call to BMW to get a free quote on any work need to be done on your bmw.

I am an Automotive Service Advisor by trade. As someone who has intimate knowledge of the Automotive Service profession. Yes, I do take my own BMW to them. Since I do not work for the marque. I have always received professional and excellent service from Nixon's. They have taken care of my pride and joy for years, and would not hesitate to recommend them from my professional point of view. It is more cost effective to have it fix right/correctly than try and save a few $$$. Only to cost more later. I can attest, good technicians are very hard to find! Note; Good Service is not cheap and BMW's do require a specialist equipment & training to keep them running correctly.

One of the best shop I've been dealing with! I brought my 03 X5 to them to diagnose some transmission issue. Although they weren't manage to find the issue since the car was normal in their shop, they found some urgent issues such as water leaking which I didn't notice. They also performed a complimentary full car inspection and helped me to solve some problems. They are extremely professional in BMWs and I would definitely recommend them to any of the BMW owners. The only shortcoming is the price, but to me, I would rather someone charge me a bit more but get the job done right! Also, I want to thanks Dennis for his professional recommendations and being very hospitable.

I now am owner of 2 "M" cars and have had Nixon do my services due to their quality and commitment. When I was looking for my second M car, a M5, I had Ryan do a pre-sale inspection for me and they steered me away from this lemon and when I ended up getting what will eventually be my M5, I had them do a post-inspection for me. Long story short, they found out that the dealer was incorrect in one area of inspection, and I gave the dealer Nixon's report and they were more than glad to work with me to resolve the issue. Ryan is the best! He didn't have to write the emails in supporting of my claims for free but he did it anyway. Now I know the quality of their work is impeccable but to have the level of customer service that they have, now that exceeds my expectations. Thumbs Up!
